- 2 cups grated old cheddar cheese

- 3 water chestnuts

1. Boil carrots in salted water until just tender
- 2 lbs carrots scraped & thickly sliced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 small green pepper diced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp prepared mustard

- 1 lb broccoli
- 3 med. onions quartered
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1 30z pkg cream cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
CAULIFLOWER ROASTED

- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 green onions, sliced and divided
TWO POTATO GRATIN

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup whole or 2 % milk, cream, or half and half
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Pinch of chili powder
- Pinch of grated nutmeg
- 1 lb Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
- 1 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
- 3 Tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
