SOUP - CREAM OF CAULIFLOWER AND STILTON SOUP

- 1 1-pound head cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 leek (white and pale green parts only), chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3 cups canned vegetable broth
- 1 cup (or more) milk
- 3 ounces Stilton cheese, crumbled
- Ground white pepper
CREPE SUZETTE DESERT OR BREAKFAST

CREPES Measure flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl

- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 12 crepes
- CREPES SUZETTE
- 2/3 cup butter
- 3/4 tsp grated orange peel
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 1/3 cup orange liqueur

- 5 gherkins cut in sm pieces
- 1-2 apples
- 5 hard boiled eggs cut in sm pieces
- 5 slices of ham cut in sm pieces
- 1 can or corn
- 1 can of pineapple cut in sm pieces
- 1-2 sticks of leek

SHRIMP Heat oil in a pan
- SHRIMP
- 2.2 lbs fresh shrimp, peeled but with the heads still intact
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- AVACADO DIP
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 tomato, seeded and diced
- 1/2 red onion finely chopped
- 1 green chile, chopped
- Juice from 1 lime
- 3 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 drops Tabasco
- Salt and black pepper

- 8 8 oz boxes Two 8 oz boxes of Zatarain’s Spanish Rice=cook this separately per the package.
- 5 5 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 2 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1 1 lg onion, chopped
- 10.5 10.5 OZ cans Two 10.5 OZ cans of cream of chicken condensed soup
- 15 15 oz cans Two 15 oz cans of corn, drained.
- 2.5 2.5 2.5 cups chicken stock.
- 3 3 cans 3 small cans of mild green chillis
GARLIC GARLIC GARLIC BREAD BREAD

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 2 heads fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons snipped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil, oregano, and/or thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 10 - 12 ounce loaf whole grain Italian bread

- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tsp grated onion
- Dash salt
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
- 4 Tbsp chopped parsley

- 3 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped purple onion
- 2 Tbsp cilantro
- 1 lime juice
- 8 Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1/2 of a jalapeno
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp ranch mix (lasts up to 2 weeks in fridge)
