- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Fresh shredded parmesan cheese to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over cauliflower.
Season with garlic salt, pepper and garlic powder. Toss cauliflower to coat with olive oil and spices.
Pour onto baking sheet.
Bake for about 45 minutes. Flip and move cauliflower about every 10 minutes until cauliflower turns a nice caramel color.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
