Directions 1. In a pitcher combine Triple Sec, tequila, lime juice, and sugar
- 3 cups Triple Sec or other orange liqueur
- 2 cups tequila
- 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup superfine sugar or powdered sugar
- Kosher salt
- 9 lime wedges
- Ice cubes
SEX IN A PAN

Spread over cream cheese mixture Spread remaining cool whip over chocolate and vanilla layer Top with shaved chocol
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter. Mix and spread into 9X13 dish. Bake 350 for 25 min. (cool)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup cool whip
- Beat together and spread onto cooled crust
- Beat until thick
- 1 pkg (3oz) instant chocolate pudding
- 1 pkg (3oz) instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- Spread over cream cheese mixture
- Spread remaining cool whip over chocolate and vanilla layer
- Top with shaved chocolate bar (you can use 2 bars)
- Can be made ahead of time and frozen (take out 1 hour before serving)
ICED COFFEE

Mix all with the little hand mixer until it changes colour and gets foamy Add milk to fill the glass
- One tall glass (approximately 2 cups)
- 1 Tbsp instant coffee
- 1 Tbsp sugar (brown or white)
- 1 Tbsp water (not cold nor hot)
- Ice cubes
CAKE RUM CAKE

- CAKE
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 3/4 oz Jello vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup rum
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup wessen oil
- GLAZE
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup rum
CHILI with a bit of bite

Dredge stewing beef in flour and brown all meat in large frying pan with oil
- 2 lbs stewing beef cut into hlf-inch cubes
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 4 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Flour for coating meat
- 2 sweet yellow onions chopped
- 6 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 6 Tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 Tbsp red chili-pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp oregano flakes
- 1 Tbsp dried jalapeno, ground or flakes ????? says Richard????
- 6 beef bullion cubes dissolved in cup of hot water
- 1 (28) oz can diced tomato
- 1 (6e)oz can tomato paste
- 28 oz water
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn flour mixed with water into a paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
BEEF STEW HF MAYO

HIGH FIBER MAYO CLINIC DIET
- Serves 4
- Ingredients
- 1 pound beef round steak
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 2 cups diced yellow onions
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced Roma tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced sweet potato
- 1/2 cup diced white potato with skin
- 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
- 1 cup diced carrot
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1/4 cup uncooked barley
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 cups low-sodium vegetable or beef stock
- 1 teaspoon dried sage, crushed
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, minced
- black pepper, to taste
SCALLOPED YAMS AND APPLES

Wash and cook yams in boiling water just until tender
- 6 6 6 medium yams
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cup apple slices
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 12 12 12 tsp salt
- 1 1 1 tsp ground mace
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup butter
- 325 50 to 60 to for about 50 to 60 minutes. These are best when made in a shallow pan. May be prepared ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
COQ AU VIN

Place chicken pieces in a china or glass bowl with wine, sprinkle with garlic and marjoram
- 3 1/2 - 4 lb roasting chicken ( I use chicken breast)
- 3/4 pint red wine
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- Pinch marjoram
- 2 Tbsp plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 oz butter
- 4 Tbsp cooking brandy
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 sprig parsley
- 12 small whole mushrooms
- 8-12 small white onions

- 1 can (12 oz) tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup nicoise olives, pitted
- 1/3 cup Italian dressing
