Ingredients
- 1/3 lb bacon, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 med onion, diced
- 2 oz. dried shrimp (soaked) OR 1/4 cup fresh chopped shrimp
- 1/2 can bean sprouts
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 1/2 tspn pepper
- 3 water chestnuts
- 3 TBSPNS flour
- Green peppers, optional
