Ingredients
- 1 lb broccoli
- 3 med. onions quartered
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 30z pkg cream cheese
- 1/4 cup flour

Step 1
Cut up broccoli and coook until tender. Do same with onions. In another saucepan melt half of the butter. Blend in flour, slat and pepper. Add milk, cook, stirring constantly, until thickended and bubbly.
Remove from heat and blend in cream cheese. Place veggies in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour sauce over mixture and gently mix. Top with cheese. Melt remaining butter and toss in crumbs. Sprinkle these on top of casserole. Note: Can make until here and refrigerate until ready to cook.
Cook at 350 deg. until heated thru (40-45 mins)
