Brown ground beef, drain. Add remaining ingedients
- 8 lb. ground beef
- 1 lg. can (111oz) diced tomato sauce
- 1 lg. can diced tomatoes
- 8 C. chopped green pepper
- 8 beef boullion cubes
- 1 C. packed brown sugar
- 8 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. pepper
- 8 C. cooked rice
- V-8 juice as needed (1-2 lg. bottles)

In a large bowl, generously salt and pepper meat and stir with flour until meat is coated

- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix
- 1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
