Heat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees F for dark pan)
- 1 (19.5 ounce) package fudge brownie mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (16.5 ounce) roll Pillsbury® Create 'n Bake® refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Cheddar Ham Soup

In large saucepan combine potatoes, water, carrots and onion
- 16 cups frozen diced hash browns
- 16 C. water
- 4 C. sliced carrots
- 2 C. chopped onion
- 2 C. butter
- 2 C. flour
- 16 C. milk
- 3 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. pepper
- 12 C. cubed ham
- 8 C. frozen peas
- 64 oz. velveeta (4lb)
Eggnog Cheesecake

In a small bowl combine graham crumbs, nutmeg and melted butter
- 2 C. crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 24 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 5 tsp. cornstarch
- 4 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 C. whipping cream
- 1/4 C. vanilla flavored liqueuer
- 2 Tbs. light rum

- 24 oz. almond bark
- 2/3 C. creamy peanut butter
- 4 C. cheerios
- 2 C. miniature marshmallows
- 2 C. dry-roasted peanuts
Beef Stroganoff over Buttered Noodles

In saucepan heat the beef stock with the carrot, thyme and bay leaf
- 3 C. beef stock
- 1 Carrot chopped
- 6 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 lbs. chuck steak, cut into 2" cubes
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 6Tbs. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbs. cognac
- 5 Tbs. butter
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbs sour cream
- 1 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbs fresh parsley
- 1 lb wide egg noodles

- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 3/4 C. key lime juice

- 1 pkg (4-serving size) instant vanilla pudding
- 12 oz milk (1½ cups)
- 8 oz (1 tub) whipped topping -OR- 2 cups real sweetened whipped cream
- 1 cup coarsely chopped Snickers bars
- ½ cup chocolate chips, melted
- ½ cup caramel ice cream sauce
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped Snickers bars
