- 1/3 bag uncooked egg noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 block cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Raspberry Buttermilk Muffins

Combine dry ingredients. Combine liquid ingredients
- 2 ncups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon soda

Christmas Cauliflower

In a large saucepan, cook cauliflower in a small amount of water for 6 to 7 minutes or until crisp-tender
- 1 large head cauliflower, broken into florets
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons diced pimientos
- 1 teaspoon salt
Hot Mushroom Dip

Cook bacon until crisp. In drippings, sauté mushrooms, onion and garlic until tender
- 4 to 8 bacon strips
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped

Christmas Layered Gelatin

Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water; stir in pineapple juice
- 1 pkg. lime gelatin (3 ounces)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- CREAM CHEESE LAYER
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup milk
- BERRY LAYER
- 2 packages strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce

Port Wine Cheese Log

Boil one cup of port in a small saucepan until reduced to 2 tablespoons
- 1 cup port wine
- 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
- 8 ounces sharp white Cheddar, shredded (about 3 cups)
- 1/4 cup dried cherries, chopped
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh chives, divided
- 2 teaspoons port wine
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Back pepper and salt to taste

- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 2 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup coconut
