- 1/2 cup diced shallots
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- STIR IN:
- 1/4 cup dry Marsala
- ADD:
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 16-20 ounces cheese-filled tortellini
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- OFF HEAT STIR IN:
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 3/4 cup Parmesan
