Ingredients

    bacon strips

  • 1/2

    pound fresh mushrooms, chopped

  • 1

    medium onion, finely chopped

  • 1

    garlic clove, minced

    eight ounce cream cheese block, cubed

  • 1/2

    cup sour cream

  • 2

    tsp. Worchestershire sauce

  • 1

    tsp. soy sauce

Directions

Cook bacon until crisp. In drippings, sauté mushrooms, onion and garlic until tender. Add flour, salt, and pepper; cook for one minute. Add cream cheese, sour cream, W-sauce, and soy sauce. Cook, stirring until cheese is melted. Stir in bacon. Serve warm with vegetables or crackers.
