Roasted Beef Tenderloin Wrapped in Bacon

Preheat over to 450. Using small sharp knife, cut twelve one inch dep slits all over beef tenderloin
- Three pound beef tenderloin
- 12 thick slices peeled garlic
- One tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 pound bacon slices
- 3 eight to nine inch fresh rosemary branches

- German chocolate cake mix
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 ounce jar hot fudge topping
- 16 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
- One pound strawberries, chopped
- One pint blueberries
- 4 Heath toffee bars, coarsely crushed
Chutney Cheese Ball

Mix all ingredients well. Wrap in plastic and put in a bowl to shape
- 2 8 ounce bars of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of a sweet and fruity chutney sauce
- 1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sharp shredded cheddar

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tblsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tblsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 to 3 tsp. poppy seeds
- SALAD:
- 10 cups torn romaine
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 medium apple, cored and cubed
- A medium pear, cored and cubed
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped cashews
Herbed Rice Pilaf

In a large skillet,cook the rice, celery and onion in butter stirring constantly until rice is browned
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup chopped onion

- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 7 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
