Turkey Sausage & Pepper Breakfast Casserole

Prepare this delicious brunch casserole the night before and all you have to do in the morning is pop it in the ove
- Butter-flavored cooking spray
- 1/2 (12-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic
- 3 slices whole wheat sourdough bread, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 6 ounces shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped hot cherry peppers
- 2 3/4 cups egg substitute
Bacon & Cola Crock Pot Roast Beef

Pour 1 can of Cola into your crock pot and set temperature to low
- 1 (3-4 lb) bottom round beef roast
- 1 (12 ounce) can cream of celery or mushroom soup (whatever your preference)
- 1/2 lb bacon , cooked and crumbled (reserve drippings)
- 3 -5 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1 (12 ounce) can Cola
- 1 tbsp corn starch and 1 tbsp water mixed
Cheddar-Bacon Dip Recipe

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 5 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 jar (16 ounces) taco sauce
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Tortilla or nacho tortilla chips
Cilantro-BBQ Grilled Pork Chops

HEAT grill to medium-high heat
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. orange zest
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 4 bone-in pork chops (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
Summer Squash Dressing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 pounds of summer squash
- 4 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) of butter
- 1/2 cup of chopped Vidalia onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped green bell pepper, optional
- One eighth cup of chopped celery
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic, minced
- 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Pinch of Cajun seasoning (like Slap Ya Mama), optional
Copycat Ruth's Chris Sweet Potato Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix:
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1/3 C. flour
- 1 C. pecans, chopped
- 1/3 stick butter, melted
- Casserole:
- 3 C. sweet potatoes, mashed
- 1 C. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 C. butter
Baked Pesto Chicken

Preheat oven to 375F/190C
- 4 boneless, skinless chickenn breasts
- salt and fresh ground black pepper for seasoning chicken
- 1/2 cup basil pesto (I used my homemade Basil Pesto with Lemon, but you can use purchased pesto.)
- 2 oz. (1/2 cup) grated low-fat mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x9 baking dish
- 4 cups your choice of fresh berries (I use blackberries & raspberries)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 9-inch pie dough (homemade or store bought)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream, optional
American Macaroni Salad

In a large bowl combine the macaroni, celery, onion, parsley and tomato, if using
- 2 cups dry elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed, and drained
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup minced red onion, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes, drained
- 1 tablespoon minced flat-leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup diced vine-ripened tomato (optional)
- 1/2 cup prepared mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
