Ingredients

  • 1/2

    cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

  • 1/2

    cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1

    jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped

  • 1/2

    tsp. orange zest

  • 2

    Tbsp. orange juice

  • 4

    bone-in pork chops (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

Directions

HEAT grill to medium-high heat. MIX all ingredients except chops. Reserve half for serving with the cooked chops. GRILL chops 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (145°F), brushing occasionally with remaining sauce. Remove from grill; cover. Let stand 3 min. SERVE with reserved sauce. Variations: Prepare using 4 boneless pork chops and reducing the grilling time if necessary to cook chops until done (145ºF). Remove from grill. Cover; let stand 3 min. Use Your Broiler Heat broiler. Broil chops, 6 inches from heat, on foil-covered broiler pan 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (145°F), brushing with remaining sauce for the last 5 min. Remove from broiler; cover. Let stand 3 min. Substitute Prepare using BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
