Glazed Apple Pie Rolls

Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine flour, salt, and baking powder in a food processor; pulse to mix
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 Tablespoons cold butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- Filling
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 2 Honey Crisp Apples, cored and diced
- For the Glaze
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons brewed Green Mountain Naturals Hot Apple Cider (Note: Any apple cider will do.. I just prefer Green Mountain Naturals)
Orange Pecan French Toast

In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar, melted butter, and corn syrup
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- One third cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- One third cup chopped pecans
- 12 (3/4 inch thick) slices French bread
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 egg whites
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar for dusting
