- Three 10-ounce bricks sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded cold then left at room temperature
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Dash of garlic powder
- Cooking spray
- Cookie press with a star tip
Cowboy Casserole

- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.75-ounce) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas
- garlic powder, to taste
- pepper, to taste

- 1 pound bag tater tots
Tomato Bacon Sipper

In a cocktail shaker, combine garlic, basil, lime juice and celery salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 medium very ripe red heirloom tomatoes, halved
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 tablespoon pepper bacon, chopped and crisp-cooked
- 1/2 teaspoon Asian chili sauce (Sriracha)
- 1 tomato slice
- 1 center leaf romaine
- 1 slice crisp cooked peppered bacon
Party Hamburger Dip Recipe

In a skillet, brown hamburger, mushrooms and onion; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 1/2 pounds Velveeta, cubed
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chiles
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 8-oz. package fresh mushrooms, sliced
Broccoli and Cheese Manicotti

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 8 ounces manicotti shells
- 1 (32-ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cup (6 ounces) shredded mozzarella chesse, divided
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
Honey Mustard Sauce for Dipping

Whisk the mustard, honey, cider vinegar, black pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a small bowl
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper,or more to taste

- 1 lb. bacon, diced
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 Tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 C. water
- 3/4 C. cider vinegar
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. corn starch
Slow Cooker Pumpkin Butter

In a 4-quart or larger slow cooker add all the ingredients and stir
- 44 oz. pumpkin puree (a 29-oz. can and a 15 oz. can)
- 2½ cups brown sugar
- 2 cups apple juice or apple cider
- 1½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- ⅛ tsp. ground ginger
- dash salt
Southern Pecan Praline Cake

- 1 (15 0z) box Butter Pecan Cake Mix
- 1 (16 0z) tub Coconut Pecan Frosting
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Making Homemade American Cheese

Line a small 4×5 loaf pan (disposable pans work fine) with plastic wrap, letting the excess hang over the sides
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons powdered gelatin
- 12 ounces Colby Jack cheese, finely shredded
- 1 tablespoon nonfat milk powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- One eighth teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons whole milk
