- 1/2 cup salt
- 2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 garlic
- 5 lbs. chicken wings, cut in half, tips removed
- 2 cups Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- One third cup hot sauce
- One third cup Woodshed BBQ Sauce or any BBQ Sauce
- Lemon juice
New Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Chicken

One of my favorite dishes at the Longhorn Steakhouse is their Parmesan Crusted Chicken
- MARINADE:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded or cut to 1/2-inch thickness
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- RANCH SPREAD:
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- PARMESAN CRUMB TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup Parmesan, shredded
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup provolone, shredded
Bacon Guacamole

Cook the bacon until crispy and set it aside on paper towels to drain
- 4 strips of bacon
- 2 large avocados, mashed
- 1 lime, juice
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin, toasted and ground
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1-1/2 lb pork sausage
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 6 cups chicken stock

- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger or 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 12 pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into 12 pieces
- 2 large boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into 16 pieces (about 1-1/4 pounds)

- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 pouch (8 oz) Old El Paso™ roasted tomato Mexican cooking sauce
- 8 oz uncooked pasta (such as penne or mostaccioli)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend (2 oz), if desired

- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- ½ cup water
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup butter, melted
- Cinnamon Topping:
- 1 cup very soft butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 2 tbs flour
- Glaze:
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4-7 tbs milk or cream
