Bacon 'N Mustard Scalloped Potatoes

Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- 3 strips bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package Simply Potatoes Homestyle Slices
Ham Frittata

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pound deli ham, diced
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 scallions (green onions), thinly sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
Simple Brown Gravy

One of the most important dishes at Thanksgiving is gravy
- 2 cups low sodium beef broth
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet or Worcestershire sauce (see note)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Dip

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 – 2 tsp.Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Hamburger seasoning (Grill Mates® Hamburger Seasoning)
- salt and pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 8oz block cream cheese
- 1 10oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cups shredded American cheese or shredded Velveeta
- (found in the pre-shredded cheese section)
- 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
- hard bagette sliced or crackers
Bacon Wrapped Cheese Stuffed Meatballs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 slices white bread, torn into small pieces (see NOTES)
- 2 tbs water
- 2 tbs finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 egg
- 16 slices bacon (in UK it's streaky bacon--don't use thick cut)
- 8 - 1/2-inch cubes sharp cheddar cheese -OR- mozzarella
Italian Fried Steak with Roasted Pepper Pesto

In a shallow dish combine bread crumbs and half of the cheese
- 1/2 cup seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 pounds beef cubed steak
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 12 ounce jar roasted red sweet peppers, drained
- 2/3 cup fresh basil leaves
Strawberry Cake with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting

Cake: Preheat the oven to 350
- Cake:
- 1 (18.5 ounce) box white cake mix
- 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O
- 1 Tablespoon self-rising flour (I didn’t have this, so I just threw a pinch of baking powder in and it worked just fine))
- 4 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup fresh strawberries, finely diced.
- Frosting:
- Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese, softened
- 2 sticks (8 ounces) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 (1 pound) boxes powdered sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- pink food coloring
- strawberries for garnish
Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla Pie

Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 450 degrees
- 1 (10-inch) flour tortilla (burrito size)
- 1 rotisserie chicken, skin discarded, meat shredded into bite-sized pieces (about 3 cups)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- (optional) 1/3 cup drained jarred pickled jalapeños, chopped
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Sandy’s Chicken Baked Chicken with Stuffing and Cheese

- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (Lawry's)
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 slices Cheddar cheese
- 3 slices baby Swiss Cheese
- 1 1/4 cup dry herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 12 ounces egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
