Soy-Sesame Dressing

Mix all ingredients until well-blended
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoonrice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole W/Ham

Stir all the ingredients together
- 1 - (26 oz) bag frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 - 8 oz container sour cream
- 1 - 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 - cup butter, melted
- onion, chopped fine (about 1/2 a small onion)
- 1 - 16 oz package cubed ham (I used Farmland $2.50 @ Super Walmart)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a bit more if you like)
Red Wine Crockpot Roast

Place roast in crock pot and season with pepper
- 2 C. red wine
- 1/2 C. water
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary or fresh rosemary
- 4 lb. trimmed beef roast
- 1-2 tsp. cornstarch
Chicken Cobbler Pie

Combine first 7 ingredients in a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables (see Note)
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of potato soup, undiluted
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
Cauliflower Chowder

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 head cauliflower, roughly chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Grandma's Brisket

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- 5-7 pound brisket, trimmed of all fat
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup
- 3 carrot sticks, peeled and cut into rounds
- 3 celery ribs, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 8 oz cans of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Easy Chicken Fajitas

Brown chicken over medium-high heat until no longer pink
- 1 lb. Chicken breast strips
- 1 C. Salsa
- 2 Tbs. lime juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. tortillas
Creamy Potato Soup

Bake potatoes in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until soft
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 C. yellow onion, diced
- 2/3 C. flour
- 6 C. chicken broth
- 4 C. potatoes, baked, peeled, and diced
- 2 C. heavy cream
- 1/4 C. chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 C. green onions, diced
- Garnish with cheese, parsley, and bacon pieces
Western Omelet Casserole

Layer one third each of frozen potatoes, meat, onions, and cheese in bottom of slow cooker
- 32oz bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 lb. cooked sausage or cubed ham
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 1/2 C shredded cheese
- 12 eggs
- 1 C. Milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
BBQ Chicken Waffle Fries

Bake fries according to package directions
- 1 package (22 ounces) frozen waffle-cut fries
- 12 ounces refrigerated shredded barbecued chicken (1-1/2 cups)
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
- Pickled banana peppers
