Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise and sour cream in a medium bowl
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme, minced
- pinch of paprika
- Kosher or sea salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
Flamingo Cake

In large mixing bowl place cake mix, gelatin, oil, buttermilk, and eggs
- For the cake
- 1 box white cake mix (I use Duncan Hines)
- 3.5 ounce package cherry gelatin
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup buttermilk*
- 3 eggs
- For the icing
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple
- 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding
- 16 ounces whipped topping, thawed
- 8 ounce jar cherries, plus some juice
Big Easy Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (18.3-ounce) package fudge brownie mix, batter prepared according to package directions
- 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- FROSTING
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pineapple Pistachio Pie

- 1 (11.2-ounce) package shortbread cookies
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts, divided
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 (4-serving size) package instant pistachio pudding and pie filling
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup (1/2 pint) heavy cream

- Nonstick cooking spray
- Maple syrup and bananas, for serving
Chicken a la King in a Hurry

Combine first 8 ingredients in a large saucepan; cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring often
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
- 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- Paprika
Bacon Wrapped Beer 'n Brat Bites

- 2-12 oz bottles or Cans of Beer
- 1-19.76 oz pkg Uncooked Pork Bratwurst
- 8 slices Bacon, halved
- 2/3 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
- Assorted Mustard, for dipping: yellow, honey, horseradish, stone ground, etc

- 1 cup catsup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
