Easy Beef Pot Pie

Refrigerated pie dough and frozen chopped vegetables make this beef pot pie super-easy to prepare
- 1/2 (15-ounce) package refrigerated pie crust (1 crust)
- 2 cups cooked potatoes, diced
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups cooked beef, diced
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can Campbell's Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
Cheesy Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Bread

Heat oven to 375°F. Mix mayo, dressing and 3 Tbsp
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

Ham & Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 7-by-11-inch glass baking dish or a 2-quart casserole with cooking spray
- 4 large eggs
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup non-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, minced fresh
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
- 5 cups spinach, chopped, wilted; see Tip
- 4 cups whole-grain bread, crusts removed if desired, cut into 1-inch cubes; about 1/2 pound, 4-6 slices
- 1 cup ham steak, diced; 5 ounces
- 1/2 cup jarred roasted red peppers, chopped
- 3/4 cup Gruyère or Swiss cheese, shredded
Crockpot Chicken Curry

Place vegetables in crock-pot; place chicken on top
- 5 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) of no salt added tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. coriander
- 1 1/2 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 1 cup of low sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. cold water
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch
BBQ Chicken Burgers

Add ground chicken, cracker crumbs, barbecue sauce, egg, and seasonings to a medium bowl and stir to combine
- 1 pound PERDUE® ground chicken
- 1 cup cheese cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 slices cheddar cheese
- 3 sandwich buns
- 6 slices bacon
- lettuce and tomato, for topping
- extra barbecue sauce for serving
Blueberry-Banana Bread

Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches
- 2 cups Original Bisquick mix
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup mashed very ripe banana (2 medium)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries

- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 (10-ounce) can of cream of chicken soup (or homemade)
- 10 ounces water
- 8 ounces chicken broth

Cheesy Taco Bake

Cook and crumble ground beef
- 1 lb ground beef cooked and crumbled
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 packages of cream cheese 8 oz, room temp
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese I used chipotle cheddar from Target and it was AMAZING!
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
