In a large soup pot, combine chicken broth, water and black pepper; bring to a boil over high heat
- 1 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
Chicken Broccoli Divan

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F Place the broccoli and chicken into a 9-inch pie plate
- 4 cups cooked broccoli florets
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup Regular or 98% Fat Free or Healthy Request)
- One third cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Sticky Teriyaki Glazed Chicken

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 6 stalks celery, diced
- 3 carrots, diced
- 1 deli rotisserie chicken (2 lb)
- 3/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese (4 oz)
- 1 box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
Steak with Bell Peppers

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4-inch-thick (about 1 pound), cut into thin strips
- 2 medium red peppers, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 3 cups)
- 1 medium onion, cut in half and sliced (about 1 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 2 packets Swanson® Flavor Boost™ Concentrated Beef Broth
- 1/4 cup water

- 1 envelope of dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 envelope of dry brown gravy or au jus mix
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary, crushed

- 1 large bay leaf

- 2 cups cold mashed potatoes

- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
