Outback's Alice Springs Copycat Chicken

Mix together the mustard, honey, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of the oil
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 5 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper, or to taste
- 10 slices of bacon, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon parsley, garnish
Greek Pork Chops

•In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first nine ingredients; add the pork
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano

Texas Roadhouse Rolls

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water with a teaspoon of the sugar
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 c. milk, scalded then cooled to room temperature
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter, slightly cooled
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 7-8 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. honey (optional - HOWEVER, I have read the comments regarding this recipe and those who have found the most success with these rolls have added honey. I have never made them with honey though. So it's up to you!)
