In a small mixing bowl, combine dry spices
- 4 pounds bone-in, Bottom Butt pork roast
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can Sprite
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
- hamburger buns and slaw (or preferred toppings) for serving

- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

- 1 (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Biscuits

- 10 medium vine-ripe tomatoes, washed, cored and sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, grated or minced fine
- 15 slices day-old white bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
Ways to Make Buttermilk Out Of Whole Milk

USING LEMON JUICE Pour 1 cup of regular milk into a container
- USING VINEGAR
- Pour 1 cup of regular milk into a container.
- Measure out 1 tbsp of vinegar, and add it the container with the milk. Stir to mix the two ingredients together.
- Allow the milk/vinegar mixture to stand approximately five to 10 minutes before using. After standing for the appropriate length of time, the milk is ready for use in your recipe.
Frozen Lemonade Pie

In a large bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 6 ounces lemonade concentrate (frozen, thawed and undiluted)
- 12 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
