Cheese Meatballs Recipe

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients
- 3 cups (12 ounces) finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup biscuit/baking mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
Breakfast Casserole Amish Syle

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- 1 pound sliced bacon, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 24 ounces frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) small curd cottage cheese
- 1 1/4 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
20 Minute Takeout Teriyaki Chicken and Rice

In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, water and ketchup
- Pre-cooked Chicken (I typically keep grilled chicken in the freezer for stuff like this)
- Rice
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp of Ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
Chicken or Turkey Casserole

Cook stove-top stuffing with directions on package, then layer in the bottom of a large casserole dish
- 1 box stove-top stuffig mix
- 2 C. chopped turkey or chicken
- 1 can evapored milk
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 pkg. broccoli florets
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 8 oz. shredded swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Peach Raspberry Almond Crumble

Preheat oven to 400 degrees (200 degrees Celsius)
- For the fruit:
- 6-7 ripe peaches, sliced in eighths, and peeled
- 1 1/2 cups (200g) frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup (40g) flour
- 1/4 cup (55g) granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pure almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- For the crumble:
- 1 cup (150g) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (70g) almond flour (or 1/2 cup slivered almonds chopped up in a
- food processor)
- 1/4 cup (55g) brown sugar
- 3/4 cup (165g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons, or 170g) cold, unsalted butter, cut in
- pieces
Ham Teterazzini Slow Cooked

Combine all ingredients except spaghetti and butter in slow cooker; stir well
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms, sautéed in a little butter
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
- 1 small package spaghetti, (5 oz)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Parmesan cheese
Pork Chop Casserole

Mix the mushroom soup, onion soup, water, and rice in a small bowl Pour mixture into a 9x13 glass baking dish Add
- 4 pork chops (or chicken breasts or thighs)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (cream of celery or chicken work good too)
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup broccoli pieces
- paprika
- seasoning salt
- garlic powder
- black pepper
