Pasta Fagioli Soup

Cook meat, onion, celery and carrots until lightly browned; drain grease
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/2 rib celery, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, cut julienne style
- 1 lb. great northern beans, undrained
- 2 (14oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 (14oz.) cans beef broth
- 1 lb. jar Prego spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups spiral pasta
- 1 (14oz.) can kidney beans
- Salt and cayenne pepper to tast
Spinach salmon bundles

Unroll crescent dough and separate into four rectangles; seal perforations
- 2 tubes (8oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoons pepper
- 1/3 cup garlic-herb cheese spread
- 1 package (10oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Chocolate Zucchini Bread

- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 (2oz.) squares unsweetened baking chocolate
- 2 cups zucchini, washed, ends removed and grated
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Pot roast with mushroom gravy

1. Place the potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, onion and celery in 5 qt
- 1 pound small red potatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh baby carrots
- 1 package (80z.) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, cut into six wedges
- 2 celery ribs, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 boneless beef chuck roast (3 obs.)
- 1 can (10-1/2 oz.) mushroom gravy
- 1 package (1 and 1/2 oz.) beef stew seasoning mix

- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of french onion soup
- 1 can of water
- About a lb. of stew meat
- 1/2 package of noodles (I use wide)
Grilled - Maple Ham Slice

- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 fully cooked smoked ham slice, 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds)

- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cold butter or margarine
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix, divided
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 chopped nuts
