Crispy Garlic Chicken

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Garlic mushroom soup mix
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons plain dry bread crumbs
Pastrami-Dill Bites

1. Halve pickle wedges lengthwise
- 4 to 5 Vlasic dill Spears
- 8 slices of pastrami
- 11/2 cup sort onion/garlic flavored cream cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped ripe olives
Chocolate peanut squares

A yummy dessert for a lot of people!
- 1 cup margarine
- 6 oz. squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1 cup Baker's Angel Flake coconut
- 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
- 2 (8 oz.)packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cool Vegie Pizza

1. Pre-heat oven to 350. Unroll crescent dough, separate into 8 triangles
- 1 package (8 ounce) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon Pantry All-Purpose Dill Mix (or dill)
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 cups assorted fresh vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, green or red bell pepper, tomato, green onion, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini or yellow squash
- 1 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded (1/4 cup)
Taco Soup

Chop onions using food chopper
- 2 lbs fresh, lean ground beef
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 4 oz. can diced green chilies
- taco seasoning packet
- Ranch dressing/dip packet
- 2 cans corn, undrained
- 4 cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can pinto beans, undrained
- 1 can kidney beans, undrained
- 1/2 cup chipped fresh cilantro, optional
- Grated Monterey Jack and/or cheddar cheese
Grilled - Quick- Dip Lemon Chicken

Mix all ingredients except chicken pieces
- 1/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 2 tablespoons grenadine syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Old Fashioned Sweet Potato casserole

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large apple, cored and coarsely chopped
- 1 and 1/2 ground cinnamon
- 1 and 1/2 ground ginger
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1/4 fresh orange juice
- 1/2 chicken broth
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons plain bread crumbs
- 12 to 14 large marshmallows
Corn Chowder

A fast favorite with good variations
- 1 lb. meat (sausage, bacon or lean ground beef-your choice)
- (I have always used precooked sausage)
- 1 large chopped onion
- 3 potatoes- diced
- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can evaporated milk
Mexican-Style Scrambled Eggs

1. Heat large skillet over medium heat until hot
- 6 (6-7 inch) flour tortillas
- 4 oz. bulk spicy pork sausage
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Optional toppings; salsa, shredded Mexican cheese blend, diced avocados, sliced green onions and sour cream
Grilled Cube Steaks

Cook and stir garlic in oil
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 6 beef cubed steaks (about 3 ounce each)
