Chicken Marsala

Place one piece of chicken, between 2 pieces of clear plastic wrap
- 4 medium (12oz. total)boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- Non-stick spray coating
- 1 and 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup dry Marsala or dry sherry

1. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate squares over low heat, stirring with a spoon until melted and smooth
- 1 package (8oz.) semi-sweet chocolate squares for baking
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)

- 1 1/4 lb. sirloin, cut into 1/4 inch thick strips
- 4 cups of fresh veggies such as sugar snap peas, shredded carrot, bell pepper strips, broccoli flowerets
- 1 minced clove garlic
- 1/2 cup of your favorite brand of Sesame Ginger flavor stir-fry sauce
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 3 cups hot cooked rice
- 2 tbsp. unsalted dry roasted peanuts
Citrus Orange Chicken Stir-Fry

Uses Market Day Key West Citrus Herb seasoning
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 4oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch strips
- 4 cups (approximately 76 oz. frozen stir fry blend vegetables
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 can (14oz.) less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons Market Day Key West Citrus Herb
- 1/4 cup silvered almonds
- 3 cups cooked rice
Wells Street Crunchy Chicken

Pre-heat oven to 400. Break eggs into medium mixing bowl- whisk thoroughly
- 4 4oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crushed potato chips (a great use for that almost empty bag!)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Market Day Old Towne Chicago rub

- 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 package ramen noodle soup mix (3oz.)
- 2 package coleslaw blend (16oz.)
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup planters dry roasted sunflower kernels
- 1/2 cup planters sliced Almonds, toasted

- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, mined
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups (8oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 & 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 package (8oz.) process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 can (4oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 jar (2oz.) pimientos, drained
- 12 corn tortillas (6in.)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
