A crock pot recipe
- 1 and 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 and 1/2 lb. cubed pork
- 2 cups onion, chopped
- 2 cups green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cups vinegar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1-6oz. can tomato paste
- 3 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Super Sub Sandwiches

- 1 package (8-12) of sub buns
- 2 pounds of deli roast beef
- 8 to 12 slices of provolone cheese
- 2 cans of Campbell's condensed french onion soup
- 1 can of water- using the soup can

1. Evenly spread 3 tablespoons marinara on each wrap
- 4 sundried tomato basil wraps
- 3/4 cup prepared marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup thinly sliced pepperoni rounds (approximately 72 slices)
Holiday Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

1. Make Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Balsamic Vinaigrette
- (1/3 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup balsamic or red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard- beat all of these ingredients with a whisk)
- 2 bags (10 oz. each) mixed baby greens or Italian-blend salad greens
- 2 avocados, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 2/3 cup pistachio nuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Alternate vegetables on each of 6 metal skewers, leaving space between vegetables
- 1 and 1/2 pounds zucchini (about 3 medium), cut into 3/4 inch slices
- 2 green peppers, cut into 1 and 1/2 inch pieces

- 18 whole mushrooms
- 1/2 bottled Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
One Dish Chicken and Stuffing Bake

1. Mix water and margarine
- 1/4 boiling water
- 1/2 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm cubed herb seasoned stuffing
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- Paprika
- 1/2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
