Combine the salt, garlic, thyme, ginger and pepper; rub over entire roast
- Glaze:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teasp dried thyme
- 1/4 teasp ground ginger
- 1/4 teasp pepper
- 1 rolled boneless pork loin roast (about 5 lbs.)
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons Domino Granulated Sugar

- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 cups milk

Cook spaghetti according to package directions
- 1 package(12 oz) spaghetti
- 1 1/2 lbs. Ground beef
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 12 oz. sea scallops

- 1/4 cup vermouth or chicken broth
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 oz can sliced mushrooms

Cake: Combine sugar and shortening in large mixing bowl
- Cake:
- 1 and 2/3 cups sugar, 1/3 cup shortening, 2 1/2 cups cake flour, 1 teasp salt, 1 1/4 cups milk divided, 5 egg whites, 1 teasp vanilla, 4 1/2 teasp baking powder
- White Frosting Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites, beaten stiffly, 6 large marshmallows, chopped, 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup water, 1 teasp vanilla.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix together:
- 1 – 12 oz package Jimmy Dean Mild Sausage, browned lightly in skillet; mash into small pieces. Drain well.
- 1 – 8oz package crescent rolls
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 – 8 oz package shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 teasp oregano leaves
- 1/8 teasp pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped bell green pepper

Prepare cake batter: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cake Batter:
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans
- 3 cups - All Purpose Flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teasoiin baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 3/4 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 4 large)
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 3 /'4 cup canola oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Glaze:
- 4 oz cream cheese, cubed and softened
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk

- 1 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pkg. (6 oz) frozen snow peas, thawed
