Vegetables - Hash Brown Casserole-Denise Guthrie

Pour 1/2 of the melted butter on the bottom of the casserole dish
- 1 regular sized bag of shredded Oreida Hash Browns
- 16 oz. carton of sour cream
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- spash of milk
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Salads - Apple Salad - Dorothy Lucas

Bring sugar and pineapple to a boil
- 1 large can of crushed pineapple (about 20 oz can)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 small box lemon jello
- 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups chopped apple (very finely chopped)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 oz cool whip
Vegetables - Mary Kelley's Baked Beans

Mix and cook in 350 degrees oven for approximately 30 minutes
- 1 large can of pork and beans
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 of medium green pepper (optional)
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup of dark brown sugar

Mix brown sugar, corn starch and salt in 1 qt sauce pan
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 8 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Allow grated cheese and margarine to reach room temperature
- 1 lb sharp cheese, grated
- 3 cups of flour
- 2 sticks of margarine
- 1 teasp salt, 1 teasp of mustard
- 3-4 teasp of red pepper

Cream butter and sugar together thoroughly
- Ingredients for Sour Cream Pound Cake Icing:
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups plain flour
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup (8 oz)( sour cream
- 1 1/2 dups sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Sauces - Cabbage Slaw Barbecue Sauce(Hamilton Road BBQ)

1st five ingredients plus butter—mix and bring to boil; stir
- 46 oz vinegar
- 12 oz V8
- 12 oz tomato juice
- 3 oz prune juice
- 6 oz frozen orange concentrate
- 28 oz mustard
- 101 oz of ketchup
- 1 oz salt
- 3 oz sugar
- 1 teaspoon Accent
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 lb. Butter
Relishes - Cranberry Relish - Judy Tribby

Rinse and drain cranberries
- 1 package fresh cranberries
- 1 apple
- 1 navel orange
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 package cranberry jello
- 2 cups of sugar
Vegetables - Broccoli-Pea Casserole (Trish Perkins)

Layer brocoli, peas and cheese mixture, ending with cheese on top
- Drain broccoli and peas; mix these ingredients:
- 2 packages chopped brocoli, cooked
- 1 can Le Seuer English Peas
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 or 2 eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup American cheese-chopped up
Desserts - Shirley Roberson's Green Stuff

Mix all of the above well and refrigerate several hours before serving
- Can be used as a salad or light dessert.
- 1 8 oz carton of light Cool Whip
- 1 8 oz carton of light plain vanilla yogurt
- 1 can of Publix brand crushed pineapple, in it’s own juice, (drained)
- 1 small box of Piscaschio Instant Pudding Mix
