Chili - Super-Duper Chili (Taste of Home Recipe)

In a soup pot or Dutch oven, cook the sausage and beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage (I use Jimmy Dean Regular Pork Sausage)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans (15 1/2 oz each) hot chili beans
- 1 jar (16 oz) salsa
- 1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 8 oz process cheese (Velveta), cubed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Desserts - Apple Dumplings

Put 1 appled slice to each roll
- 1 roll of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 1 apple cut in eighths
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 stick butter
Soups - Weight Watchers Soup

Cover chopped cabbage with water; cook until tender
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 2 cans green beans, drained
- 2 cans tomatoes (16 oz cans)
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- (Can add chopped celery or carrots or any vegetable on vegetable list)
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (dry)
Desserts - Nut Crescents

Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla till fluffy
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups pecans
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Vegetables - Pat Weekley's Veg-All Casserole

Mix all together. Put in greased casserole dish
- 2 cans Veg All, drains (large cans)
- 1 can Water Chestnuts, drained and sliced very thin
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Beans -Chuck Wagon Beans (Good)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In Dutch oven or large roasting pan, fry bacon until crisp, set aside
- 1/2 lb. Bacon slices
- 3 lbs. Ground beef
- 3 About 3 cups finely chopped onion
- 2 cups finely chopped celery
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups catsup
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 teasp. Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans (29 oz each) molasses-style baked beans
Vegetables - Green Chilies and Rice

Cook rice. Add juice from green chilie peppers to sour cream and stir in the undiluted celery soup
- 2 cups rice (do not use instant rice)
- 2 cans chopped green chilies
- 2 cartons sour cream
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- grated cheddar cheese
Chicken - Campbell's Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Cook linguine according to package directions
- 1/2 package linguine or spaghetti (8 oz)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli
- flowerets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Beef Roast - Glynn Tomblin's Roast Recipe

- 16 oz. of sour cream
- 1/2 can of Blueberry Pie Filling
