Spaghetti Sauce (Gayle Lovette)

Brown meat, onion and bellpepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green bell pepper
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 1 small can of tomato sauce
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 jar of Bertolli Marinara Sauce-basil & tomato
- 1 teaspoon of salt; 1 teasp of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of oregano, Italian Seasoning and Rosemary
- 1 jar of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of red wine (optional)
Chicken Pot Pie (Charlotte Johnson)

Grease a shallow 2 qt baking dish
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 can Veg-All (drained)
- 1 can of cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Dash of pepper
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick margarine
Salads - Shrimp and Rice Salad

Cook shrimp; peel, devein and chill
- 1 cup cooked rice (cooled)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 grated onion
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup of finely chopped celery
Chicken Pot Pie (Low Fat)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix vegetables, chicken and soup in ungreased 9x11 dish
- 2 cans drained Veg-All
- 1 cup cut up cooked chicken
- 1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 cup reduced fat Bisquick Baking Mix
- 1 egg

Mix well with spoon and put red in 1 bowl and white in 1 bowl
- 1/2 cup butter, softened; 1/2 cup Crisco, 1 cup powdered sugar; 1 egg; 1 1/2 teaspoon almond extract; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 2 1/2 cups plain flour; 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon red food coloring.

Blend sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt
- 2 cups commercial sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- dash of salt
- 9 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1 banana, sliced

- 2 sticks melted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
