Chicken - Chicken-Broccoli Casserole

Cook and cut up chicken in bite-size pieces
- 2 lbs cooked chicken, 2 frozen packages of chopped broccoli, 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, 1 teasp. Lemon juice, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 teasp curry powder, 1 1/2 cup grated cheese, buttered bread crumbs, toast about 6 slices of bread for crumbs.
Hamburgers - Blue-cheese Buffalo Burgers

In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, bacon, blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper and salt
- 2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1 lb. hickory-smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 (4 oz) containers crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons of Wordestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 recipe Buffalo Mayonnaise (recipe follows)
- 8 onion rolls, split and toasted
- 12 recipe Grilled Onions (recipe follows)
Salads - Apple-Cranberry Salad

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar in medium bowl
- 1/4 cup of Kraft Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 apples (preferably 2 red and 1 green) chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped Planters Walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranaberries
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 6 leaf lettuce leaves

Preheat oven to 325. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until blended
- 2 tablespoons sugar; 1 tablespoon chilled stick margarine; 1 egg white; 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs; 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon; cooking spray

Vegetables - Corn 'N' Broccoli Bake

In a bowl, combine corn, broccoli, ¼ cup of saltines, egg, onion, and pepper
- 1 can (16 oz) cream-style corn
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1/2 cup crushed saltines, divided
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- Dash of pepper
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
Hamburgers - Blue-Cheese Buffalo Hamburgers (Grilled Onions)

Brush both sides of onion slices with olive oil; sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper

- 2 large yellow onions, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teasp Worcestershire sauce

- 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teasp curry powder
- 6 oz grated low-fat cheddar cheese
- 2 slices bread (crumbled)
- 1 tablespoon diet margarine
