Combine Sauce ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • One 8 oz Can of Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Cup of Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp of Oil
  • 2 Tbsp of Mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp of Black Pepper
  • Ingredients for Kabobs
  • Unsweetened Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 lb of Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Medium Green Pepper, Cut into bite size chunks
  • 1 Medium Onion, Cut into bite size chunks
  • Cooked Rice

Put ALL ingreadients in a crockpot and cook on high over night

  • 2 lbs of Chuck or Round Steak cut up
  • 1 Can (10 oz) of Beefy Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can (10 oz) of French Onion Soup
  • 4 Cups of Cut-up Potatoes (prefer Yukon Gold)
  • 4 Cups Cut-up Carrots
  • 2 (4 oz) Cans of Mushrooms

Pudding Mixture

Prepare Pudding Mixture by mixing all ingredients together and store in a cool dry place in an air tight container

  • Basic Pudding Mixture:
  • 4 C of Instant Non-Fat Dry Milk
  • 1 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1 1/2 C Cornstarch
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • Vanilla Pudding:
  • 1 C of above Mixture
  • 2 C of Water
  • 1 Tsp of Butter or Margarine
  • 1/2 Tsp of Vanilla
  • Chocolate Pudding:
  • Prepare same as Vanilla Pudding and add 1 Square of grated Unsweeten Chocolate to mixture before cooking over medium heat
