Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Milk
  • 3/4 cups of Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of Bisquick
  • 1/4 Cup of Oleo (or Butter)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cup of Coconut Flake or Shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly grease 9 or 10" pie plate.
Put all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed for 15 seconds.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean
