Ingredients

  • 6 Whole Weat Tortillas
  • 1 15oz Can of Black Beans (Drained)
  • 6 oz of Colby Jack Cheese (Shredded)
  • Salsa

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Place Tortillas between 2 damp paper towels.
Divide Beans and Cheese and evenly and roll to secure filling.
Wrap individually to freeze.
To serve, microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, top with Salsa.
