Ingredients
- Basic Pudding Mixture:
- 4 C of Instant Non-Fat Dry Milk
- 1 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 1/2 C Cornstarch
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Vanilla Pudding:
- 1 C of above Mixture
- 2 C of Water
- 1 Tsp of Butter or Margarine
- 1/2 Tsp of Vanilla
- Chocolate Pudding:
- Prepare same as Vanilla Pudding and add 1 Square of grated Unsweeten Chocolate to mixture before cooking over medium heat

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Pudding Mixture by mixing all ingredients together and store in a cool dry place in an air tight container.
For Vanilla Pudding:
Put 1 Cup of Pudding Mixture and 2 Cups of Water in a saucepan and cook over medium heat stirring constantly. When the first bubbles appear, it is just right. Remove from heat, stir in butter/Margarine/Oleo and Vanilla. Let stand in pan or immediately pour in serving dishes and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Stir warm or refrigerate before serving.
For Chocolate Pudding:
Prepare same as above but add 1 Square of unsweet Chocolate to mixture before heating.
