Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
- 2 lbs of Squash Sliced
- 1 Cup of Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp of Salt
- 1/4 Tsp of Pepper
- 1 Small Onion, Chopped
- 2 Beaten Eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 Cup of Soft Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tbsp of Melted Butter or Margarine
Roasted Garlic Spread

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
- 1 Large Head of Garlic, unpeeled
- 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
- 1 8oz Package Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 C butter, softened
- 1/2 Tsp of Salt
- 2 Tbsp Minced Fresh Chives
Pickled Cucumber Salad

Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan
- 1/2 Cup of Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup of Sugar
- 2 Tbsp of Water
- 1/2 Tsp of Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Medium sized Cucumbers
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill
Super Crust

Mix Flour, Salt, and Shortening together to the consistency of corn meal
- 3 Cups of Flour
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 1 1/4 Cup of Shortening
- 1 Egg well beaten
- 1 Tbsp of Vinegar
- 5 Tbsp of VERY cold water
Pan-Fried Hard Crabs

Sift together - Flour, Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 dozen of Crabs - Remove the backs and clean
- Batter - 3 C of Flour
- 1 Tsp of Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp of Prepared Mustard
- 2 Eggs
- 1 C of Milk
- All Fat from Crabs (if female crabs, use only the "yellow"
- and NOT the Orange fat.
- Additional Crab Meat optional
Easy Pleasing Meatloaf

Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
- 2 lbs of Ground Beef
- 1 Cup of Water
- 1 Package (6 oz) of Stuffing Mix
- 2 Large Eggs, Room Temperature and Beaten
- 1/2 Cup of BBQ Sauce (1/4 for mixture and 1/4 for top of meatloaf)
Baked Apples in Crockpot

Core Apples and Peel Each about 1/4 way down
- 5 to 6 Baking Apples
- 1/2 C Raisins Or Chopped Dates
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 1 C Boiling Water
- 2 Tbsp butter or Margarine
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
Oatmeal Cookies

Beat Sugar, Shortening, Eggs, Milk, and Vanilla until smooth
- 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup of Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup of Shortening
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp of Milk
- 1 Cup of Flour
- 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 1 Cup of Quick Oats
Wassail

Combine all ingredients into large pot or slow cooker
- 1 Quart of Orange Juice (Frozen Preferred)
- 1 46 oz Can Apple Juice
- 1 18 oz Can Pineapple Juice
- 4 Sticks of Cinnamon
- 12 Whole Cloves
- Sugar (as desired)
