Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • One 8 oz Can of Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Cup of Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp of Oil
  • 2 Tbsp of Mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp of Black Pepper
  • Ingredients for Kabobs
  • Unsweetened Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 lb of Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Medium Green Pepper, Cut into bite size chunks
  • 1 Medium Onion, Cut into bite size chunks
  • Cooked Rice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Sauce ingredients.

Form Kabobs using Pineapple Chunks, Shrimp, Green Pepper, and Onion.

Grill Kabobs using sauce as a baste until Kabobs are golden brown. Serve with Rice.
