Fluffy 2-Step Cheesecake

Beat Cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth
- 1 pkg 8 ounce Cream Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tub 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 Prepared Graham Cracker Crumb Crust 6 oz.
- 1 Cup Cherry Pie Filling
Apple Pie Filling

Bring water to a boil. Mix dry ingredients and add to water
- 5-1/2 cups sugar (I use 4 cups)
- 10-1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 Tbl Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Corn Starch
Wild Rice Crab Salad

1. Cook the rice according to package directions, drain and rinse in cold water
- 1-1/2 cups uncooked wild rice
- 1 lb. cooked fresh or canned crab meat
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
