Rhubarb Bread

Stir together in order given
- 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 cup diced fresh rhubarb
- 1/2 cups nuts (optional)
Wild Rice Hotdish (Dr Bob's)

Step one: Rinse the wild rice and boil for 15 minutes
- 8 ounces (1-1/3 cups) Canoe or similar wild rice
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 10 ounce package dry onion soup mix
- 1 8 ounce can sliced mushrooms
- 1 10-3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 10-3/4 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 8 ounce can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk (you will only use half)
- 1 lb of cooked meat: Italian sausage, venison burger, pheasant, duck, chicken or hamburger

- 3 c oil
- 9 eggs
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 3 c sugar
- 6 sm instant vanilla pudding
- 6 c flour
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 4 1/2 tsp baking powder

Dip Sugar Bars

Cream brown sugar and butter, add egg and rest of ingredients
- Chocolate mixture:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1-1/4 cup flour
- 1-1/2 cups oatmeal

- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pkg chocolate chips
- 2 tbls butter

Cream Cheese Chocolate Truffles

Beat cream cheese in large mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3 cups Confectioner's Sugar
- 12 Oz. Semisweet Chocolate, melted
- 1 Tbl Coffee-flavored Liquor
- 1 Tbl Orange-flavored Liquor
- 1 Tbl Almond flavored Liquor
- Ground nuts
- Confectioner's Sugar, sifted
- Cocoa
Almond Joy Bon Bons/Truffles

In a heavy sauce pan (over medium on the stove) heat syrup, marshmallows, and salt until marshmallows are melted
- 1/2 c. white Karo (corn) syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 10 large marshmallows (exactly 10 or the consistency is off)
- 2 c. coconut - its better if you chop it more finely
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- roasted almonds
- 1 bag Ghiradelli milk chocolate chips (they are worth the extra money, but any milk chocolate melting chocolate will work)
Pineapple Zucchini Cake with Cream Cheese Froting

To Prepare Cake - Mix Flour, Sugar, Coconut, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Ginger
- For Frosting:
- 1-1/2 Cups Flour
- 1-1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Coconut
- 2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Pinch Ginger
- 3 Tbl Canola Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Cups Grated Zucchini
- 1 Can 20 Oz Crushed Pinneapple
- 2 Tbl Butter, Softened
- 1 8 Oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- Splash of Milk or Pinneapple Juice
- Chopped Walnuts or Pecans (Optional)
Tootsie Rolls

Melt butter and chocolate in double broiler
- 1 Tbls Butter or margarine
- 1 square unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1-1/3 cup sifted confectioners sugar (sifted)
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbls powdered milk
- 1/4 cup Karo Syrup
- 1/2 Tbls vanilla
Orange Julius

Put all in blender. Cover and blend until smooth about 1/2 minute
- 3 oz (1/3 cup) frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 6 ice cubes
