Helter Skelter (Caramel Rolls)

Tear up 1-1/2 loaves of bread and put in 9x13 greased pan
- Mix together in kettle on stove(melt butter 1st then add the rest):
- 3 loaves frozen bread, thawed
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 Tbls milk
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 large box vanilla pudding mix (not Instant)
CHUBBY HUBBY BARS

1. Preheat oven to 350. Foil line and spray a 9X13" pan
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c unsalter butter or margarine (room temperature)
- 1 c light brown sugar
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 2 lg eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c coarsely chopped pretzels
- 1/4 c peanut butter chips (for top)
- 1/4 c chocolate chips (for top)
- 1/4 c coarsely chopped pretzels (for top)
Zucchini Fritter

Mix in bowl. Add crackers if too wet
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cups shredded cheddar
- 2/3 cups crumbled crackers
Buffalo Chicken Rolls

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 12 egg roll wrappers (roughly 4 square inches)
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken (6 ounces)
- 1/2- 2/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 cup broccoli slaw or cole slaw (dry)
- Small bowl of water
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Blue cheese dressing, for serving
Shrimp Macaroni Salad

1. Cook macaroni following package directions, about 8 minutes
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 2 cups light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cans (4 ounces each) deveined tiny coked shrimp, drained
- 2 cups sliced celery, about 4 large stalks
- 3 Tbl Poppyseeds
Pumpkin Delight

Mix alll ingredients together except butter and yellow cake mix
- 1 15 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 can pumpkin (1-3/4 cup) 16 oz
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 cup melted butter
Broccoli & Sweet Potato Salad

1. Place sweet potatoes, red peppers and thyme in greased 15 in
- 4 cups cubes peeled sweet potatoes (about 2 large)
- 2 medium sweet red peppers, sliced
- 6 fresh thyme sprigs
- 7 tsp, olive oil, divided
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbls sunflower kernels
- 2 Tbls cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 cups shortening
- 5 Tbls Water
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp vinegar
Sausage Corn Chowder

1. In a large saucepan, cook the sausage, onion and celery over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain
- 1/2 pound bulk sage-flavored sausage or sausage of your choice
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 3 cups water
- 2 medium red potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 tsp chicken bouillion granules
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 3 tbls butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1-1/2 cups milk
Cauliflower-Bacon Salad

Arrange ingredients in layers in large salad bowl
- 1 head lettuce, torn
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb bacon, fried crisp
- 1 head cauliflower, broken
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt & pepper
- 2 cups mayonnaise
