Sponge Bars

Mix ingredients in order given
- Icing:
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1-1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup hot water (added slowly)
- 4 beaten egg whites - fold in
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 well beaten egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Walnuts
Hip Hugger Bars

cream margarine and sugar, add egg, mix and add rest of ingredients
- Chocolate Mixture:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1-1/4 cup flour
- 1-1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 12 ounce pkg chocolate chips
- 2 Tbls butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Jelly Roll

Beat sugar and eggs. Sift flour, salt, baking powder together
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 6 Tbls cold water
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Guacamole Dip

Chill 1 hour. Serve with taco chips or cheese flavored nachos
- Blend ingredients together:
- 1 8 oz container Avacado dip
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- Stir in 1 cup shredded lettuce.
- Pour mixture into large relish tray and top with 2 cups shredded lettuce, 1 medium onion, 1 large diced tomato, 1 16 oz. can sliced black olives and 1 8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese.
Tropical Slaw

Drain Pineapple, reserving 2 Tbl juice, set pineapple aside
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits
- 1 Tbl lemon juice
- 2 medium firm bananas
- 6 cups cabbage
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup miniature marshmellows
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 carton (8 ounces) pineapple yogurt
Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms

Wash and trim the end of stems from mushrooms
- 1 lb large mushrooms
- 6 Tbls butter
- 3 green onions, minced
- 3-4 Tbls minced red bell pepper
- 4 ounces crab meat
- 1 cup fresh fine bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cajun or creole seasoning blend
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbls Parmesan Cheese
Jerkey Marinade

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp meat tenderizer
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper

- 3 cups apples, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- Caramel Sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cream or half and half
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
