Pumpkin Bars

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
- Mix:
- 1 Box yellow cake Mix (with pudding)
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter
- Take out 3/4 cup mix for top**
- Put in 9x13 pan with bottom and sides:
- nd Layer (mix and pour over crust):
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups pumpkin - spices
- 2/3 cup carnation milk
- Top (crumble over 2nd layer):
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 Tbls Flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnammon
- 1/2 cup nuts
Chunky Hawaiian Beef

1. Melt butter in 12 inch skillet until sizzling, add beef pieces
- 1-1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 Tbls Butter
- 1 (20 Oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
- 2 Tsp dried oregano leaves
- 3 cups hot cooked rice
Baked Chicken Salad

Mix all ingredients and place in large casserole
- 2 Cups Diced Chicken or Turkey
- 2 Cans Chicken Soup (cream of)
- 1-1/2 Cups Diced Celery
- 2 Cups Cooked Rice
- 6 Hard cooked Eggs
- 2 Tbl Grated Onion
- 2 Tbl Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Slivered Almonds
Butterfinger Truffles

Place chocolate and butter in a medium bowl
- 10 ounces semisweet chocolate (do not exceed 61% cacao), chopped
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Butterfinger candy bars (about 8 ounces)
- 4 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- Chopped roasted unsalted peanuts or peanut halves
Homemade Chicken & Noodles

Cook Chicken in roaster - keep the broth (Noodles will be cooked in broth)
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbls cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1-1/2 cups more flour
- Chicken
- Chicken Broth from cooked chicken
- 1 can mushrooms
- For Thicker noodles - Cream of Chicken Noodle is added to the chicken broth.
Hot Crab Appetizer

Mix all together. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 c cream
- 1/2 c mayonaise
- dashes of hot sauce
- dashes of salt and pepper
- dashes of chives (dried)
- 5 crab sticks
Frozen Corn

30 ears of corn - but off raw Put in large roaster add 1 pint of half and half
- 30 ears of corn
- 1 pint of half and half

Apple Crisp

Bake 40 minutes at 350 Double for 9x13 pan
- Mix and put on apples:
- 3 cups apples - put in bottom of pan
- 1 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tbls Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- ... then on top of that mixture (Mix Well):
- 3/4 cups oatmeal
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter
Chunky Pecan Pie Bars

Preheat oven to 350 For Crust: Beat Flour, butter and brown sugar in small mixer bowl until crumbly
- CRUST
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- FILLING
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup corn syrup
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 tblsp butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-3/4 cups (11.5 oz. pkg) semi-sweet chocolate chunks
- 1-1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
Hershey's Chocolate Chunk Butter Pecan Bars

Mix brown sugar, butter, egg yolk and vanilla
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1-3/4 cups premium milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
