Old Fashioned Homemade Peach Cobbler

Preheat oven to 375 (you will need a deep dish pie pan for this) First let’s make the crust! Step 1
- Buttery Deluxe Pie Crust: (make two pie crust)
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 Tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 stick of COLD butter (chopped into pieces)
- 1/2 cup of COLD butter-flavored shortening
- 1/2 cup of ice cold water (if dough is still too dry, add in more cold water a tablespoon at a time)
- Peach Filling
- 2 (26 oz cans) sliced peaches
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- Sugary Topping (for top crust. Can also sprinkle & press some into the bottom crust)
- 1 Tablespoon of sugar
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Chow Main Hotdish

Brown hamburger with chopped onion
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 cup celery, chopped finely
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3/4 cup of minute rice
- 2-1/2 cups of warm water
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 1 bag chow mein noodles

- 1/2 * 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 * 1 teaspoon Spice Island® Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 * 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Ramen-Cabbage Salad

Mix coleslaw, green onions, crumbled noodles from ramen mix, toasted slivered almonds and seeds
- Dressing:
- 1 bag shredded coleslaw mix
- 1 bag shredded red cabbage mix
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 2 pkgs (3 oz) chicken flavored ramen noodle mix
- 1/2 cup Toasted Slivered almonds
- 6 Tbl sesame or sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 6 Tbl white vinegar
- 6 Tbl sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Flavor packets from noodle mix
Hot Chicken Salad with Green Grapes

Combine chicken, celery and french dressing
- 3 Cups Cooked Chicken
- 1/4 Cup French Dressing
- 1-1/2 Cups Seeded Green Grapes
- 1-1/2 Cups Sour Cream
- 1-1/2 Tsp Prepared Mustard
- 1 Cup Crushed Potato Chips
- 1-1/2 Cups Chopped Celery
- 1-1/2 Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 Cups Toasted Almonds
- 1 Tbl Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Red Beet Pickles

- 1-1/2 cups vinegar
- 1/2 cups water
- Pack beets in jars
- 1/2 tsp salt pint
- 1 tsp salt quart
- 30 minutes process
- Add cloves and cinnamon sticks

- 1 Tbls Butter
- 3 Tbls Milk
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
