Ingredients

    cups sweet corn

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1-1/2

    cups milk

  • 1-1/4

    cups cracker crumbs

  • butter

Directions

Combine: 4 cups sweet corn (canned or frozen) 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 tsp salt & pepper 1-1/2 cups milk Add 1-1/4 cups cracker crumbs to above and sprinkle about 1/2 cup of crumbs on top - dot with butter and bake at 325 for about 1/2 hour. Yield - Serves 8 If using frozen corn, cook in microwave first.
