Combine sugar, flour and salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbls flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 Tbls lemon juice
- 1 lb Acini De Pepe Pasta
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 small bag mini marshmallows
- 1 small (12 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 cans (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
- 3 cans (11 ounce)O mandarin oranges, drained
Bread Pudding - Chocolate

Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8-1/2 by 4-1/2 inch (6-cup) loaf pan
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Kahlua or brandy
- 2 cups milk
- 4 cups cubed stale bread
Banana Nut Bread

Cream sugar, shortening and eggs until light
- 3/4 Cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1 Tbls Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
Smoky Barbecue Black Bean Chicken Chili

Heat oil in dutch oven or large soup kettle over medium-high heat
- 1 Tbls Olive Oil
- 1 pkg (16 Ounces) Ground Chicken or Beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup prepared hickory barbecue sauce
- 2 chipolte chiles in adobo sauce, finely chopped, plus 2 teaspoons sauce (from a 7-ounce can).
- 2 cans (15 ounce) cooked black beans, rinsed, drained
- 1 can (11 ounce) whole kernal corn, drained
- Chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- Sour Cream, if desired
Mandarin Orange Torte

Put cubed angel food cake in a 9x13 pan
- 1 Angel Food Cake (cut in cubes)
- 1 can Mandarin Oranges (drained)
- 1 3 ounce Box Orange Jello
- 1 Pint Orange Sherbert
- 1 Pkg Dream Whip
Shrimp Dijon

Step One: Chop the onions (if minced onions are not used) and open the mushrooms
- 1-1/3 cups white rice
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 lb (drained weight) canned mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped onion (could use rehydrated minced onion)
- 1 Tbls flour
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine (I use cooking wine)
- 1 Tbls Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp crushed dried tarragon
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup heavy (whipping) cream
- 1 lb cooked shrimp (tails removed), 26-30 per pound or larger
- Garnish with a few sprinkled parsley leaves
Green Bean Casserole

In 1-1/2 qt casserole, mix soup, milk, soy, pepper, beans and 1/2 can onions
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
- Dash Pepper
- 4 Cups Cooked Green Beans
- 1 Can (2.8 oz) Frenchs' French Fried Onions
Fruit Filled Layered Angel Dessert

Bake and cool angel food cake
- 1 box angel food cake mix
- 1 pkg lemon or vanilla instant pudding
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 pt strawberries
- 1 oz pkg La Creme
- 1 Kiwi Fruit Peeled
Pams Caramel Rolls Sauce

- 1 Cup Cream or Whipping Cream
- 2 Tbls Butter
- 2 Tbls Maple Syrup
- 2-4 Tbls White Syrup

- Filling:
- 4 cups cut up rhubarb
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbl cornstarch1 tsp almond flavoring
