  • 2 and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 T coconut oil (liquid)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 T cinnamon
  • 1/3 C mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
