- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/3 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Gnocchi Mac n' Cheese

Preheat oven to 375. Prepare gnocchi according to package directions
- 1 pound purchased or homemade gnocchi
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded fontina cheese
- Salt and white pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano
- Basil leaves for garnish, optional (I chopped fresh basil and added it in to my cheese sauce)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- 2 lbs carrots, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup Saltine cracker crumbs (I omitted these)
- 3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1 Tbsp room temperature unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon

- 2 1/4 cups white sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract

- CRUST:
- 8 C flour
- 1 # lard
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 - 2 1/2 C milk
- FILLING:
- 9-10 C cubed/chopped potatoes (with OR without skins on)
- 8 1/2 - 9 C onions, chopped
- 3 # beef and pork, cut into large, bite sized pieces
- 4 tsp salt, 3 tsp black pepper
